Shipping Policy
Yiyi's Jewellery accepts online orders for shipment to addresses in the countries outside of Australia and any of its dependent territories.
Any internal shipping inside Australia will be free for order over $60. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 500 grams. Postage fees are not refundable, this includes parcels that are marked Return to Sender, or with incorrect address supplied. Any item item that needs to be resent due to non collection will need to pay $10 for postage.
A signature is required on delivery for all Yiyi's Jewellery orders. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a postal pick up card will be left for you. You will need to take it in to the post office stated on the card and provide identification to collect your parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do accept 7 days return request if needed. When a changing-mind situation is happened, customers would have to pay for the return delivery fee, both from and to your country.
